Design
Architectural design is a service we value the most. Our architects actively look to work across the range of residential projects and enjoy the exchange of ideas between. From extensions, to major refurbishment and new houses, our architects provide creative solutions working within the parameters of the site, brief and budget.
Our approach is to get the simple strategic decisions correct in terms of the siting of the building, its orientation and maximising the benefits of daylight and sunlight. Our architects then ensure the building is well insulated and air tight with the use of materials appropriate to its setting.

Our staff
Our staff includes 15 permanent employees, a full time electrician, a full time plumber and 2 teams of subcontractors (masons and decorators). Stuart, our structural engineer ensures that buildings and other structures are safely constructed, while working in close partnership with Stephen Newbold, our architect.

We know that when you chose to develop your property in many cases it is somewhere you may spend the rest of your life, with this in mind we are committed to providing our Clients with high quality detailed work fulfilling their exact requirements and needs leaving a lasting impression.
We are able to carry out measured building surveys and provide drawings of your existing property, providing varying levels of detail from basic room sizes to full details showing window cill and head heights, door heights, floor to floor heights, direction of joists, details of roof construction, position of incoming services, drainage and more.
We are able to provide full plans and elevations, submitting on your behalf and obtaining planning permission from the local authority, provide full building regulation and construction drawings obtaining full plans approval from the local authority, as well as working with Contractors to make sure you get the extension you want.
